Englewood Cliffs
One of Bergen Counties most accessible towns, Englewood Cliffs is a town with urban access and suburban appeal. It sits just north of the George Washington Bridge with some of the nicest homes in all of Bergen county. Englewood Cliffs is unique in several ways, the most popular being it’s low tax rate and the Billion Dollar Mile. Englewood Cliffs Commercial Mile brings the ratables in the town much less because the office space is still paying taxes, but is not getting any benefit from social services making the single family home’s tax base less.
