Buying a home can be stressful but Mark went above and beyond to make the process as streamline as possible. He was not only thorough, but also easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to questions. I was a first time home buyer with a lot of questions, and indecisions about the purchase. Mark was extremely patient, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. I had the most positive experience with Mark, he made my day very enjoyable. He is the best real estate agent I have ever met in my life, considering that I moved quite a lot of times in more than one continent so I met a non-negligible amount of agents and agencies in the past. I was moving from San Francisco, California to West New York, New Jersey and I met Mark in Port Imperial. He was available to chat even if I didn't have an appointment. Since I had to take a flight that same afternoon after I met him, he scheduled an entire day of showing just for me for the next Sunday. Yes, an entire day dedicated to showing apartment in Port Imperial, just for me! Believe it or not, the best part is still yet to come. Not only we visited around 8 apartments together, he also understood me as soon as we started talking. I personally like to do my math when comparing offers for different apartments. In more than one occasion some agent has not been clear enough when talking about pricing. The common case is when someone starts from a basic monthly payment that doesn't show the real total amount of money required on a monthly basis, the total could easily be more than 30% of the basic price. When this happens I completely loose trust and start looking for other agencies. Mark was just perfect, he told me everything since the beginning, he didn't leave a single thing out so that I could pick the best option tailored on my specific needs. We spent an entire Sunday together, ask of Mark S. Foisey, Jr., again ask for Mark S. Foisey, Jr.! You won't regret it, there should be more agents like him around, you will have the best experience ever, I promise.

I did not know Mark before, I met him online for a new building unit sale. After meeting him first time, we realize that we found a great realtor! He is not just an experienced real estate agent who knows his areas very well and knows the whole process in purchasing properties, he is also a very patient and caring human being. He never pushed us to make decisions, and always answered my questions via. text messages immediately. With his help, we made an offer for a unit we like before the unit was put on the market. Mark worked nights and weekends to coordinate the negotiation, inspection, CCO, talking to lawyers, etc. for a smooth process. He even used his own money to hire professional cleaning people to make the unit beautiful for renting. Unbelievably he helped us to rent out the unit immediately after closing! We thank Mark for his professionalism and for his caring for us! We will recommend him to our friends from now on without any hesitation! Thank you, Mark!

I was searching for a real estate agent who can (1) negotiate efficiently on behalf of me; (2) respond promptly; (3) provide the best accurate answer to my questions; (4) suggest several properties meeting my needs and expectations. Mark was the first real estate agent met all of my expectations. Not only that he is extremely easy to work with but also he had a strong work ethic. He negotiated a good deal for an apartment that I liked and throughout the process, he assisted me in answering millions of questions that I had. Mark is the type of worker who works hard to get the work done instead of a prize or rewards. I strongly recommend working with him!
