Waterfront

The Waterfront of the Hudson River in Hudson and Bergen County is a very popular place for New York City Workers to commute from. The following towns are considered apart of the Waterfront, Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Union City, West New York, Guttenberg, North Bergen, Cliffside Park, Edgewater and Fort Lee.

Comprised of these towns you have many different modes of transport to Manhattan. You have the Ferry that brings you to Manhattan’s Midtown Ferry Terminal and their Two Downtown Terminals. These Ferry’s leave from Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken and Edgewater but are accessible from all of these waterfront towns. There is also the New Jersey Transit Bus option which all of the main roadways in these several towns will have. The well-known bus routes are the 126, 128, 154, 156, 158, 159, 165, 166 and the 168. There is also of course the PATH trains that leave from Jersey City and Hoboken. In Jersey City the Path Trains leave from Journal Square, Grove Street, Exchange Place and Newport! In Hoboken the Path Trains leave from the Southern Hoboken Piers. These Trains can bring you to the World Trade Center or up to 33rd Street with stops at Christopher Street, 9th Street, 14th Street, 23rd Street and 33rd Street.

In the Waterfront area we have Apartments (Rental Buildings), Condominiums, Townhouse Communities and even though they are very rare, we have Single Family Homes as well!

As an Industry Professional and a Local, I will represent you in all of these communities with my market knowledge and help you find YOUR dream home!

About Hoboken

One Square Mile filled with character and charm; Hoboken has evolved over 100 years to what it is today. With luxury condominiums uptown to charming brownstones in midtown to the pre-war buildings downtown, Hoboken has a bit of everything. The heartbeat of Hoboken, Washington Street is filled with more retail than you’d find in some New York City neighborhoods proudly representing more small business than franchised and larger businesses. Hoboken still has that small town feel while being one of the denser cities in the nation.
